Probably the best hotel i have stayed in. From the moment we arrived and until we left the staff we very helpful. The rooms were a good size with all your needs there for you from your tea and coffee down to an iiron and ironing board if needed. Over all an enjoyable stay and would highly recommend it to anyone.

I Booked the hotel as a surprise for my boyfriends birthday and we had a fabulous stay. The staff couldn;t do enough for us, and the rooms were top class. Will certainly be returning again.

Good Morning, On top of the excellent and friendly service, "Declan" the concierge arranged for the Hotel minibus to take us to the Airport, instead of booking us a taxi. Seemingly, the minibus was some 30 minutes early for a pick-up but, this nice touch by "Declan", was over and above good service and, will guarantee we will always check out the availability of the Fitzwilliam, when we next visit N.I.
