Excellent hotel. Staff extremely helpful in reception, bar and restaurant. Very clean and tidy and portrays the elegance the staff and hotel portray it to be. Certainly recommend this hotel.

This was my wife's first visit to Belfast and The Fitzwilliam (I use the hotel frequently on my business visits to the city). The hotel and staff did not disappoint us. A very comfortable stay and an excellent weekend.

Staff in the restaurant were friendly, helpful and courteous at all times. The porters were incredibly polite and very assuring. I will be recommending staying at the Fitzwilliam to all my friends and I too hope to be back in the near future
