The lady on reception was amazing when we checked in (12th jan 2013 i cant remember her name she had short blond hair and i think she was the senior member on the desk at that time) as she swiftly fixed a booking error that I had made thank you very much. Chris nelson at breakfast was amazing great service with great help with a off menu request from my fiancee just proves your hotel is top notch and we will def be back to stay again as i coudnt think of a better hotel with better service anywhere i have ever stay and i travel alot... Thanks again fitzwilliam

I was very impressed indeed all around. The room was spacious, scrupulously clean and very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and exceptionally helpful - I'd single out Jana on reception here though all other staff I had dealings with were brilliant too. Will definitely return next time I'm staying in Belfast.

Really enjoyed my stay here, only a couple of things to mention, on arrival to are room the corridor was very dark as was the room so it took us a while to find the key holder to turn on the lights and other was that we found the service in the main bar to be quite slow and it wasnt busy. Thanks again for a pleasant stay!
