All excellent. Was stuck in Belfast for weekend due to snow. All staff amazing and in particular Philip the concierge. Great staff team, great hotel. Shame others I stay at not as remarkable!

A lovely quality hotel with fantastic helpful staff. Really enjoyed my stay - such a shame it was so brief.

My husband and I had a lovely overnight stay. It was our first visit to the hotel and we were very impressed. The staff in every aspect of the hotel were extremely friendly, polite and professional and we will be back.
