Extremely friendly staff particularly at reception and concierge service but not enough staff on duty in the bar area in the evening

Reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly and were a step ahead of us answering our queries before we had even asked the question. Really enjoyable stay and look forward to visiting again!!

Our room was beautiful. the reception staff (including the concierges) were assitive, knowledgeable, helpful and extremely professional, without exception. I appreciate that the night time road works were out of the control of the hotel, but this was pretty frustrating from our perspective, particularly as they did not finish until sometime after 3.30am. however this one aspect will not deter us from staying in your fine hotel when we return to Belfast during August. Thoroughly enjoyed my overnight stay. Outstandingly helpful staff, large, comfortable and quiet bedroom. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Fitzwilliam to friends and family who intend visiting Belfast.
