Getting an upgrade was brilliant! Only problem was the wine in the mini bar, I would have paid more money for a better wine, the current white wine is a bit gross!

Had a fantastic stay in The Fitzwilliam with my partenr. We were staying to celebrate my brithday. The breakfast was delicious, as were the cocktails. The decor was stunning and the rooms were very comfortable. I loved the fact there was a seperate bath and shower. The hotel was in such a central location we could walk anywhere We will be back

We cannot praise the staff sufficiently and this includes reception, restaurant and front of house. Reception ensured our late arrival did not prevent us taking up the excellent 'Pre theatre ' menu, the restaurant staff were attentive, friendly , efficient but not intrusive. The two doormen were of excellent assitance with my wife's internet access for her 'tablet' and also locating a shop on East Belfast that she wanted to visit. This was our first stay with you and we will certainly be back. 11/10!

My friend and I had a very enjoyable stay at your hotel and it gave a great impression for our first visit to NI. We would particularly like to mention Phillip the concierge who was polite professional and found nothing a chore to organise a hire car give directions etc. we enjoyed our meal in the restaurant but found the service poor in the bar and actually gave up waiting to be served! It did not spoil the stay. Many thanks we shall return and will certainly recommend you to friends and colleagues.
