We were stuck in Belfast two extra days because of my daughter's illness and your staff went above and beyond to be helpful. The concierge staff in particular is the best I have ever encountered, and I travel a great deal. Please send on our thanks for all their assistance!

The bar staff was wonderful. Congratulations to Jonathan and Emma for their fantastic skills and personality. Also the concierge/valet were extremely helpful and efficient. Great spot.
