A really perfect stay in every respect. All staff were excellent - especially the kind receptionist who upgraded our room because it was my partner's birthday. We will definitely be back - the Merchant is history!

We had a fabulous stay. The room was beautiful with an excellent view. We were made to feel welcome as soon as we stepped through the door. The bar tender made an excellent Manhattan. We're looking forward to staying again in the future.
