Amazing hotel , so friendly & helpful staff

We had a very enjoyable two-night stay at the Fitzwilliam Belfast. The location was superb -- central to so many activities and transportation. The staff, each and every one, from the doorman to the front desk to the bell hop was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We arrived very early in the dark of morning and were welcomed inside to sit in front of the lovely fire they had going in the fireplace and warm up and relax even though official check-in was hours away. The staff was extremely welcoming and gracious. We ate one meal in the restaurant and it too was top notch in both food and service. We ordered room service once also and it arrived promptly and was delicious and hot. I would definitely stay here again, and would highly recommend it to others.

We had an excellent stay and would highly recommend the hotel. The staff are excellent, very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Great location and fantastic restaurants close by.

It was our first time in Belfast, we enjoyed every minute, the hotel was excellent, everyone was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is in an excellent location.
