On arrival, we were handed the menu for the evening, as we had paid £160, our evening meal was included. When we got to dinner having made our choice from the menu we were given, the waitress informed us that our deal was a limited menu, and changed it. This was very disappointing. I then felt like they were trying to charge us at every chance,eg would we like some bread at £4 per person, would you like water with your meal?- £5.20!!! When you pay £80 to have a meal, you would at least expect that to include your side dishes. We heard a man complaining on check out that he had been charged £47 for a meal that was supposedto be included. Stop trying to rip people off. I would stay again.. but definately room only.

The twin room was too small for two people. It would have been good to have Internet access in our room.

Had a wonderful night with my daughter. Hotel amenities and staff were excellent and the location is excellent for shopping.
