My parents stayed at the hotel for one night recently. they informed me that they style and decor of the was fresh, bright and interesting. Their room was really well designed and my mum really liked the candles at the side of the bed, a really nice touch. As for the staff they where very attentive and ensured a pleasurable stay for my parents. They also used the hotel restuarant and where impressed wth the choice and the quality of the food. Overall they really liked the hotel and will be booking again

I stayed in a 'suite' and the standard of the room was outstanding. With open plan, great design and a view over Belfast, at night, was simply stunning. With Concierge parking what more would one need, hand over your keys, enjoy your stay and have your car delivered to the door when you leave. I shall return. Harry Cook - Image Media Films

We had a wonderful stay at the Fitzwilliam and would definitely return and recommend it to our friends and family. The staff were extremely helpful, I have to mention in particular the two concierge who assisted us in finding a nice restaurant on Sat night and booking a table for us, they were most helpful and very friendly. Our room was really nice and we loved the bathroom! Food in Menu was also highly commendable as were the waiting staff there. If I had but one gripe it was that we were not told at anytime, from booking to confirming dinner reservations through email etc, that we had to book our car in for parking. So when we arrived on friday night after a long journey, we had no idea where we were going to park, the girl on reception did help us with finding a carpark, but the cost was £24 for 2 nights and I felt this was an extra expense on us that was avoidable. However this alone would not prevent me from returning and I would like to thank you for a wonderful stay and on your fantastic staff! Tara & Derek Curran

My fiancee and I had a wonderful stay at your beautiful hotel. The room and services were excellent. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant as part of your 'taste of autumn' package and we can honestly say, as a pair of 'foodies,' it was some of the best food we have ever tasted. The cocktails in the bar were a perfect compliment after dinner! Staff at all levels were very friendly and helpful. The hotel fully deserves the expected five star status.
